Synopsis:
A simple teenager Su-ho and the pretty and popular Su-Eun start dating. Their young love is the object of much jealousy from other students, but for Su-ho and Su-Eun, their love just seems splendid and eternal. However, Su-ho finds out something tragic about the girl he loves.

Oh mo!... This movie is really sad. I watched it, my heart is shattered in million pieces. I also watched the same leading actress in different Korean Drama, Autumn in my heart. Also, she was leading character and had the same disease and passed away with the same manner, left her man behind. Why is this Korean Movies sad all the time? It makes you feel that you want to fall in love, but it ends really sad.
