Synopsis:

Yoon Joon-suh and Yoon Eun-suh always thought they were siblings. Eun-suh is in fact from a different family because she was switched at birth, but no one knows about this fact until one day, when Eun-suh is in a car accident. Her blood is tested only to discover that her blood type is completely different from her brother's proving that they are not related at all. After this discovery, their parents move to the US, and leave Eun-suh behind with her biological mother. Ten years later, Joon-suh returns to Korea and he begins to search for Eun-suh. Their reunion, after being apart for ten years, brings their childhood memories back and soon they fall in love. However, their love will not be so easy because Joon-suh already has a fiancee and Eun-suh has a boyfriend, Han Tae-suk who has loved her for his whole life. Despite this, they continue a close relationship until tragedy strikes and Eun-suh discovers she has cancer. She continues to hide this from Joon-suh until she is in her terminal stages. This is a truely touching story and will move and inspire viewers about true love.

One of the best melodramas of all time. It gives viewers a view of the possibilities in life and a love as eternal as the sun. Although this may be a sad story yet the story is really worth-watching. I so love Song Hye Kyo when I first saw her here and when they were teens, played by Moon Geun Young and Choi Woo Hyuk, I can't help but fall in love.
