Synopsis:

Hana and Alice are childhood friends. Alice is restrained and free-spirited while Hana is always picking up the pieces as a result of it. But there are good things that Alice brings too, like Hana's first crush. Following her sudden proclamation of love, Alice decides to follow her love, a high school student, dragging the reluctant Hana along with her. It is then that Alice recommends Hana to consider the boy, Miyamoto, as a possible boyfriend. Although not interested at first, Hana soon finds herself falling for him. Time passes and it is now April, the season of the cherry-blossoms. Hana and Alice are now both students at Tezuka High. Having joined the school as Comic Storytellers Club in hopes to get closer to Miyamoto who still doesn't even know her name. Hana secretly waits for the opportunity to arrive until one day, it does, but in a rather unexpected fashion. Out of desparation, Hana tells him a lie which ends up bringing the two closer together. However, Hana's romance didn't go smoothly. When she tells him another lie in order to protect the first one, she gets her best friend Alice involved. But unfortunately for Hana, the lie prompts Miyamoto to fall for Alice instead of her, complicating things further...

I really love this movie. The story is excellent!! It's so realistic to see a real friendship break into lies. Truly, sin is evil's necessity and lying is one of them. Even though Hana and Alice relationship changed suddenly, it's so heartbreaking to see them that way. When you watch this movie, prepare to shed some tears.
